“Haypost” CJSC announces a stamp design competition with the following subject:

Armenian Olympic Champions: Hrant Shahinyan, Igor Novikov, Albert Azaryan: souvenir sheet with three stamps



The submitted designs should meet the following requirements:
• Souvenir sheet size: 130 mm x 60 mm or 105 mm x 65 mm, stamp size: 31,75 mm x 31,75 mm or 24.13 mm x 40.64 mm with nominal values of 70, 120, 160 AMD;
• Size of submitted drafts: on A4 format paper, with a scale 1:1 and 4:1;
• Performance technique and material are of free choice;
• Endorsement: “Հայաստան, Armenia, 2009”, “Փոստ, Post”;
• The participant should submit 2 sealed envelopes, both bearing the same code. The code is created by each participant via letters and numbers of their own choice;
• One envelope should contain the draft, the other one - the author`s full name, phone number, the address where he/she lives and e-mail address;
• The code should be noted on the draft, but no other data about the author should be put in the envelope with the draft. The data about the author must be in the second envelope only;
• While evaluating the drafts, the committee firstly opens the envelopes with the drafts, puts down the marks, chooses the winner and only afterwards opens the corresponding second envelope and identifies the data (name, surname, etc.) of the author;
• The works submitted for the competition will not be returned;
• The winners will present also the drafts of the First Day Cover and postmark in compliance with the signed contract;
• A contract will be signed with the winners and he/she will be paid 33 000 AMD;
• “Haypost” CJSC has the right to make changes to the drafts, edit the endorsements, change the font and the size.

The submitted designs should meet the following requirements:
• Stamp size: 31,75 mm x 31,75 mm with nominal values of 120 and 160 AMD;
• Professional conclusion is obligatory;
• Size of submitted drafts: on A4 format paper, with a scale 1:1 and 4:1;
• Performance technique and material are of free choice;
• Endorsement: “Հայաստան, Armenia, 2009”, “Փոստ, Post”;
• The participant should submit 2 sealed envelopes, both bearing the same code. The code is created by each participant via letters and numbers of their own choice;
