ANNOUNCEMENT (pattern form)

Of tender organized by “Haypost” Closed Joint Stock Company in order to procure Postal automated core front and back-end system solutions

1. The text of the present announcement is approved by the Resolution N 1 as of November 15; 2011 of the tender committee created as per the order of the Acting Chief Executive Officer of “Haypost” CJSC (hereinafter also: Customer) and it is published according to the 50th Article of RA Law “On Procurements”.
2. Tender’s code: HP-PAHGM-11/11
3. Business address of the Customer: Yerevan city, Saryan 22.
4. The Customer announces a tender procedure set out by the “procurement process organization order of “Haypost” CJSC”, in order to procure “postal automated core front and back-end” system solutions.
5. The winning vendor will be offered to sign a corresponding procurement contract (hereinafter: Contract), the draft of which will be attached to the invitation provided on the basis of the present announcement.
6. The term required for the implementation of the Contract meant to be signed is the period since the Contract comes into force till the full introduction of the system solutions.
7. Anyone can take part in the tender. The restrictions of the right of participation in tenders are set out by the tender invitation provided attached to this announcement and by the procurement process organization order of “Haypost” CJSC on the basis of RA Law “On Procurements”.
8. The potential vendors can submit tender bids on the 12th calendar day after the day of publishing this announcement at 11:00am If the 12th calendar day after the day of publishing the tender announcement envisaged by this paragraph coincides with a holiday set out by law, than the deadline for submitting tender bids is being set out on the first work day after the holiday at 11.00am.
9. In order to get a tender invitation, vendors can address to the Customer and receive an invitation within 1 day. Vendors can submit tender bids without receiving invitation. The tender invitation will be published in “News” column of the website of “Haypost” CJSC. The website of “Haypost” CJSC is: www.haypost.am.
10. Bids can be submitted in Armenian and/or English. It is necessary to submit the bids in accordance with the requirements set out by the invitation and to attach the documents envisaged by the invitation.
11. The processes of tender realization, bid presentation, winner selection, as well as other processes concerning the tender procedure are described in the procurement process organization order of “Haypost” CJSC and in the invitation provided attached to this invitation.
12. It is necessary to submit the tender bids to the head office of “Haypost” CJSC located in Yerevan city, Saryan 22, 5th floor, Procurements Department address, or to the following e-mail: artak.vardanyan@haypost.am.
13. Claims concerning the tender procedure can be presented to the following address: Procurements support center, Yerevan city, Komitas 54/b.
