On the occasion of the provision of the requirements of Part 8 of the tender N “HP-PAHGM-11/11” announced by “Haypost” CJSC, “Haypost” CJSC tender committee clarifies that the foreign companies which desire to participate in the announced tender but which are unable to submit the requirements of Part 8 of the tender in advance, conditioned by the internal legislation of their country as well as other circumstances, such companies may not submit the documents required by Part 8, and in such conditions the contract provision order and terms will be discussed and consented with the winner on the stage of the contract execution.
The committee clarifies as well that the terms concerning the submission of contract provision means will be applied in the same format with regard to the Armenian companies.
