How to send money transfers
        Provide the postal operator with the name and the surname of receiver
        Provide your passport to postal operator
        Postal operator should fill in the application form and provide customer with identification code
        Submit the money for transfer to postal operator and pay the commissions for the transfer
        Inform the receiver about the service center address, transferred amount and identification code
How to receive money transfers
        Visit nearby post office
        Provide your passport to postal operator
        Provide the identification code to postal operator and mention the amount of transferred money
        Receive money (be aware that commissions are not charged from receiver)

The revision of data or cancelation of transfers within this money transfer system is done due to the written application of sender. No money is charged for such activities:

Money transfers cannot be canceled if they are already paid to receiver and the receiver is refusing to return it.
