IFS/ STEFI is a Postal Money Transfer System which is provided exclusively by “HayPost” CJSC. This is a unique postal money transfer system which is provided under the auspices of United Nations’ Universal Postal Union.
IFS/ STEFI Postal Money Transfer System enable money transfers through its service centers in Russian Federation, CSI and European countries.
IFS/ STEFI Postal Money Transfer System accepts money transfers in USD, Russian RUB and Euro

IFS/ STEFI Postal Money Transfer System charges commissions only from sender. It is 4% on case of international transfers and 2-3 % in case of local money transfers (Depending if sender is an individual or legal person)

IFS/ STEFI Postal Money Transfer System doesn’t define any limits for money transfers.

The revision of data or cancelation of transfers within this money transfer system is done due to the written application of sender. No money is charged for such activities:

How to send money transfers
        Sender visits post office and fills in the Electronic Transfer forms, which includes the following information:
        The sum of transferred
        Name and surname of receiver
        The complete address of receiver or demand address
        Name and surname of sender or the address of sender company
        Address of sender
        Pay the commission for the transfer
How to receive money transfers
        Post office inform the customer about the money transfer
        Customer visit nearby post office
         Provide the identification code to postal operator and mention the amount of transferred money
        Receive money (be aware that commissions are not charged from receiver)

IFS/ STEFI Postal Money Transfer System makes money transfers available in 5-10 minutes. Transfers remain available in the system for payment for one month.

“HayPost” CJSC make payments in Armenian Drams according to the exchange rate provided by Converse Bank.
