“HayPost” CJCS implements the social payments defined by 2009 State Budget Project “Social Insurance Project Payments Services”. Within this given project “HayPost” CJCS implements the following type of social payments defined by 2009 State Budget.
        Social allowance for children under age of two years
        One time childbirth allowance
        Family allowance for national heroes who were decorated with Post Death Orders of National Heroes and Military Cross
        Compensation payments of depositor citizens of VTB Bank, who have deposited their savings in VTB Bank before 06.10.1993
These payments are made in the following way:
        Payments are made through “HayPost” CJCS postal offices in the inhabitation place of pensioner
        “HayPost” CJCS usually delivers payments to pensioners place (in case of pensioners request, payments are paid in postal offices)
        Payment is made to pensioner’s legal representative, in case if the pensioner is not available for signing (in such cases the passport data of legal representative is registered in the database)
        Postman checks the passport of the recipient before providing the payment and fills in the passport data in recipients’ list
        Postman doesn’t pay the pension if he/ she discover that the pensioner has passed away

“HayPost” CJCS implements the Unemployment pension payment
Unemployment pension payments are made in the following way:
        Unemployment pension payments are made in “HayPost” postal offices
        Postal operator provides the payment to pensioner after checking his/ her passport data
        Payment is made to pensioner’s legal representative, in case if the pensioner is not available for receiving pension (in such cases the legal representative should provide the passport and legal warranty).
        Pension is paid to the oldest members of pensioner’s family, or pensioner’s wife/ husband or parents or the legal representative of children in case if the pensioner passed away. In such cases pension is paid according to recovers’ passport data and the data of pensioner’s death certificate.

“HayPost” CJCS also implements the payments of Retirement Pension, Grants for “National” Order, Grants for Veterans, Financial Assistance, Health Damage Compensation and other social programs’ payments.

        These payments are delivered to the pensioners’ inhabitation places within seven working days by postmen. Payments are made based on the official lists provided by the Local Agency of State Social Insurance Service.
