On September 13, stamps dedicated to the 20-th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh Republic were cancelled and introduced into circulation at the History Museum of Armenia. The cancellation was carried out by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
