You can visit the Post Office and after submitting the required documentation, filling in and signing the Application/Contract You will be provided with a Postal Nominal Box.
An Individual shall submit Passport (original and copy) attached to the application.
A Company shall submit attached to the Application:
Charter of the Company (original and copy)
State Registration Certificate of the Company (original and copy)
Document to prove the credentials of the person signing the Contract
Passport (original and copy) of the person authorized to sign the Contract on behalf of the Company
If the person signing the Contract is the manager representing the sole executive body of the Company (Director, Executive Director, General Director, etc.), it is necessary to submit the respective enclosure of the State Registration Certificate, and if the person signing the Contract acts on the basis of the Power of Attorney it is necessary to submit a properly drawn up Power of Attorney with the manager’s signature and the legal entity’s seal (Director, Executive Director, General Director, etc.)
After signing the Application/Contract You are kindly requested to make payment in cash at the Post Office or via transfer onto the following bank account: 1930003703150800, afterwards to submit the transfer receipt to the Post Office.

HayPost undertakes to place the postal items into the box received at the address of the Postal Nominal Box on the same day the items are accepted at the Post Office.
HayPost undertakes to preserve security of the received postal items and not to open the Postal Nominal Box in the absence of the Client except the cases defined by the Contract and the Law.
If there is a postal item received at the address of the Postal Nominal Box which is impossible to place into the box, on the same day the responsible employee of the Post Office places a respective notification on receipt of such kind of postal item in which are mentioned the requisites of the postal item and the postal item is stored at the Post Office. Such kind of postal items are provided to the Client upon the request (the day the Client visits the Post Office).
If there is a postal money order received at the address of the Postal Nominal Box, on the same day the responsible employee of the Post Office places a respective notification on receipt of postal money order in which are mentioned the requisites of the postal money order. The postal money order is provided to the Client upon the request (the day the Client visits the Post Office).
In case of nonrenewal /termination of the Contract/ of the Contract the Client shall visit the Post Office, accept the postal items received at the address of the Postal Nominal Box and return the key from the Postal Nominal Box.
If the Client wants to renew the Contract he/she is obliged to inform HayPost about it within 3/three/ days after receiving the notification of HayPost or on his/her initiative via the following E-mail address: [email protected] or by the following phone number: 010/514610 mentioned in the Contract.
For renewal of the Contract the Client is obliged to take the following steps:
Fill in the respective application
Make payment in cash at the Post Office or transfer onto the bank account 1930003703150800 respective money funds according to the defined tariffs and the prolonged period of the Contract and submit both the receipt of transfer and the Application to the respective Post Office.
If, after the expiration of the Contract the notified Client does not visit the Post Office and does not accept the postal items and/or postal money order available in the box or the postal items and/or postal money order received and stored at the Post Office, as well as does not submit a suggestion on prolongation of the Contract according to the order defined by the Contract, the mentioned postal items are classified as unrequired postal items and the postal money order is classified as unrequired postal money order and the terms defined by the RA Law on unrequired postal items and postal money order are applied to them.
In case of nonrenewal /termination of the Contract/ of the Contract the key/lock from the Postal Nominal Box is substituted for new one and new Client is provided with a Postal Nominal Box with new key. The provision of the postal services/acceptance of postal items, etc. / defined by the Contract is implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions defined by the RA Law, RA International contracts and other legal acts applicable to the activity of HayPost.
