“Haypost” CJSC carries out domestic and international money transfers between individuals by means of Converse transfer Armenian payment system.


Actually it is possible to make money transfers by means of this payment system in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, towards Nagorno Karabakh, as well as to receive money from the Russian Federation.


The commission charged for money transfers by means of Converse transfer Armenian payment system in and out of the Republic of Armenia makes 1% of the transferred amount.


Commission is charged from sender only, in the Republic of Armenia only in Armenian drams.


Money transfers through Converse transfer Armenian payment system in the Republic of Armenia is accepted and paid in AMD, RUR, USD, EUR.


The maximal limit of a transaction through Converse transfer payment system is:

20,000 USD,

15,000 EUR,

500,000 RUR,

5,000,000 AMD


The transfers made through Converse transfer money transfer system are available in 1-5 minutes.


The transfer is kept in the system for 60 days. Once the deadline is expired, if the recipient does not come to take the amount or if the recipient refuses to take the amount, the transferred money is returned to the sender, except the commission.



How to send?

- Visit the nearest Post Office;

- Submit an identity document (passport, ID card, military service book for people implementing provisional compulsory military service);

- Inform the employee of the Post Office (operator) the recipient’s name, surname, postal address and the transferred amount;

- The operator will fill in the transfer application;

- Pay the transferred amount and the commission;

- The operator will provide a transfer number (code);

- Inform the recipient on the amount and the transfer number (code).


How to receive?

- Visit the nearest Post Office;

- Submit an identity document (passport, ID card, military service book for people implementing provisional compulsory military service);

- Submit the transfer number (code) to the Post Office operator and take the amount (no commission is charged when paying the amount).


Money transfers shall be paid solely to the recipients mentioned on the transfer or to the authorized representative, on the basis of a power of attorney ratified by notary. Any power of attorney issued in another state shall be ratified by apostle, unless anything else is envisaged by the international agreements of the Republic of Armenia.


Modification of transfer requisites:


The money transfer may be modified only in case the transfer is not paid yet.


Only the recipient’s requisites may be modified.


“HayPost” CJSC provides the client with a document confirming each transfer, which contains the transferred amount, the commission, the currency and other details.
